Horse Leasing Services
We offer a limited leasing on our horses. All are beautiful, registered Tennessee Walkers and are typically young and in excellent condition. Very different from your typical lease horse. They are not allowed to leave the property although when we take day trips away, you will be invited to come along. Additionally, we host occasional formal trail rides and events which you will be invited to participate in. Our lease includes full access to the arena, trails, grooming pavilion, round pen, and club house any time you like. Our lease is paid monthly and there are no time limitations. If you are assigned a horse that sells during your lease, you will be assigned another one.
You are responsible for keeping your leased horse properly groomed but we take care of all else. No hidden fees. You may use your own tack or can lease or buy tack from us. Our Fee is $150 per month and includes one riding lesson, on how to collect and ride a gaited horse properly. If you choose to lease tack from us, the fee is $25 per month extra. Our lease program is inclusive for one person and one horse and only the person who is under contract with us may ride and handle the horse.
We do offer a family plan that includes two assigned horses for each family. That fee is $225 per month without tack or $250 per month with tack included. We highly recommend that minors wear riding helmets and young children may be limited to riding in our arena only.
